Who we are

What you send us

The personal information this site collects is what you type into a form.

A quote request asks for your name, email, phone, the kind of project, a timeline, and a message. The contact form asks for those same details plus a budget.

That submission is emailed to us. We also email you a short note that we got it. We do not store form entries in a database on this site.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply, schedule, quote, and do the work you asked for. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build an advertising list.

Who else handles it

SendGrid delivers the form email and the confirmation. The site is hosted on Vercel, which receives the form so it can be sent. Our host also keeps ordinary server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and protect the site. We do not use those logs for marketing.

Visiting the site

We do not run analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. Opening the site does not create an account or a profile.

We use Google Search Console to see how the site shows up in Google Search, such as which searches lead people here. Search Console does not follow visitors around the site and does not set a cookie in your browser.

Links to Facebook, Instagram, and Google leave this site. Those companies have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Form messages stay in our email for as long as we need them to respond, do the job, and keep a record of that work. Email us if you want a message deleted. We will delete it unless we have to keep it for a legal or accounting reason.

Children

This site is for adults planning a building project. We do not ask children for information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
